These tweets will likely then be categorized and sent from the minister’s handle as open tickets on the various departments, divisions, and telecom operators.
The Minister also underlined that there are possibilities that this ‘twitter seva’ may be taken advantage of by some fake elements but he stated the hope that Twitter authorities will take care of the same.
